Jon Lindekugel | Managing Director

Jon brings extensive leadership experience spanning multiple businesses, markets, and growth stages to OneAlphaNorth Capital. He most recently served as Operating Partner and CEO in Residence at Francisco Partners, where he provided c-suite and board leadership to several FP portfolio companies in the technology sector. Jon held several enterprise-wide leadership roles and led multiple businesses for Fortune 100 multinational, 3M Company. As Chief Strategy and M&A Officer he led Portfolio Management for the enterprise, completing more than 30 acquisitions and divestures. He led several multi-billion dollar deals and 15 venture level technology investments. As head of 3M Operations, he led a global manufacturing and supply chain team of 50,000 in 300 facilities in 50 countries. He deployed a $2B annual capex budget to transform the global operation with digital automation. As Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, Jon led the global marketing and sales team of 22,000 through a successful rebranding campaign and digital transformation of all front-end operations. His past board experience includes three mid-stage tech companies, the Board of the US National Association of Manufacturers and US Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a board member of Samuel Son, a large Canadian industrial enterprise.

Sai Subramanian | Managing Director

Sai has experience in early-stage venture investing in private high growth companies. He is active in the investment community, making early and mid-stage investments in high-growth platforms and/or companies. Sai has been early in identifying big future categories with investments in the sunrise categories of EduTech, Digital Payments, AI, AgriTech and SportTech. Sai has advised founders and entrepreneurs on company narrative, strategy, international business development and financial structuring. Sai has operational experience in rapid high-growth businesses, having early in his career been part of a company that grew from $4 million to $500 million in a short period.

Brady Lipp | Managing Director

Brady has significant experience building institutional sales and marketing departments at leading asset managers. In 1994, Brady joined Warburg Pincus Asset Management to head the group’s nascent Institutional Sales and Marketing group. In his five years serving as Partner and Managing Director, Brady grew the Institutional Sales and Marketing from a staff of 3 to 30 and assets from less than $2 billion to $14 billion, representing half of total firm assets at peak. Upon the sale of Warburg Pincus Asset Management to Credit Suisse in 1999, Brady assumed the title of Managing Director, leading Credit Suisse Asset Management’s Global Post Venture Capital group, a new division where he grew assets to $650 million in eighteen months from investors in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. Following his work with Credit Suisse, Brady founded Akros Capital LLC, where he was Portfolio Manager for the Akros Absolute Return Fund. The Fund was the quickest equity oriented mutual fund to recover from the 2008-2009 drawdown, ranking first in its category in 2008 by Kiplinger Personal Finance Magazine and generated positive alpha in 92% of rolling three-year periods since inception. Following the sale of the Akros Absolute Return Fund to a larger financial institution, Brady helped co-found MarketGrader Capital in 2013 with friend and partner Carlos Diez. MarketGrader ranks over 39,000 stocks on its global research platform using a proprietary 24 factor quantitative methodology.
